About Our Figures

The board is empty, and this document exists so that the rules are on record before there is anything to apply them to. Neither engine has a public page on Myfxbook as things stand, and not one performance number appears anywhere on this site.

1.Where the board stands today

  1. 1.1

    Nothing has gone public yet. Every panel on the telemetry board reads awaiting signal and prints nothing further, and no performance number appears on any page of this site. A tester report, a cropped screenshot or a projection will not be used to fill the space in the meantime.

    The one sentence that matters

    A record says what an account of ours already did. It is not a forecast of what an account of yours will do, and it never will be.

2.The bar a number has to clear

  1. 2.1

    Six conditions. A figure failing any one of them does not go on the board, whatever it says.

    1. It belongs to an account we fund and trade ourselves — never a customer's, never a demo, never a friend's.
    2. It sits on a page anybody can open without a password, published by Myfxbook rather than by us.
    3. It is transcribed by hand, exactly as printed, sign included, and stamped with the day it was read.
    4. It appears beside the drawdown that came with it. A gain is never shown on its own.
    5. It is never rounded up, annualised, projected or estimated anywhere along the way.
    6. If the page and this site ever disagree, the page is right and our copy is what has gone stale.

3.Who writes the numbers, and about which accounts

  1. 3.1

    An account linked from this site is one Planet Algo trades with its own money. The page itself belongs to Myfxbook, with whom we have no relationship beyond the data it hosts.

  2. 3.2

    The figures there are read straight from the broker account by Myfxbook's own connector and refreshed by Myfxbook on its own schedule. We do not type them in, and once they are up we cannot correct them, delay them or take them down.

  3. 3.3

    One account carries one engine, and every orbit of that engine points at that same account. Climbing an orbit opens more of the engine's controls rather than changing what it does, so no orbit has a history of its own to publish.

  4. 3.4

    The engines, and the Myfxbook handles held for them:

4.What a published number has already spent

  1. 4.1

    A number on a Myfxbook page is struck before the price of the licence and carries only the trading costs our own account met. Your spread, your commission, your swap, your financing and your slippage are nowhere in it. Subtract yours and what remains is smaller than what was shown.

5.Three reasons your account will not reproduce ours

    Costs and executionYour broker's spread, commission and overnight financing; the quality of the fills you get; the distance between your terminal and their server, and the slippage that distance buys.
    Size, leverage and settingsThe balance underneath it, the currency it is denominated in, the leverage your account carries, and the inputs you picked from the range the manual allows.
    Timing, and the market itselfThe day you switched the engine on, whether you left it on through the first drawdown, and the plain fact that a market never runs the same sequence twice.

    Matching what our account did would mean all three columns lining up with ours at once. They will not, so do not price the purchase as though they might.

6.What is never offered as evidence

    Nothing modelled counts here. No backtest, no optimisation run, no strategy-tester curve, no simulation of any kind. Asking for one privately gets the same answer as asking publicly.

  2. 6.2

    Only trades that were actually placed, on accounts we run ourselves, ever reach this site.

7.Nobody may promise you an income

  1. 7.1

    Nobody at Planet Algo will tell you what you are going to earn, because nobody can. No affiliate, no reseller and no enthusiast is authorised to say it for us either. Anyone doing so in our name is freelancing, and we would far rather hear about it than not: [email protected].

8.Corrections, and how to ask

  1. 8.1

    A question about a record, or about which engine an account is trading, gets a straight answer from [email protected]. A claim on this site that turns out to be unsupportable comes down rather than gets defended.
