Purchase Terms

A purchase is one payment for a licence of 12 months, counted from the day the charge settles. The end date is fixed, nothing renews on its own, and no second charge is ever taken unless you choose to buy a further term.

One payment covers one orbit of one engine. The figure on the orbits page is the whole of it: no fee is added afterwards, no subscription is quietly opened behind it, and no card is filed away for a later charge.

The moment our processor reports the charge cleared, your dock replaces its waiting panel with a download: a single ZIP holding the compiled engine for your orbit and the PDF flight manual written for that orbit. A copy of the same link goes by email to whatever address was typed into the card frame.

Nobody can hand a downloaded ZIP back, which is why a cleared purchase is finished business as a general rule. The exceptions we honour without argument are listed on Money Back, together with the reason an email to us settles them sooner than a card dispute does.

Every engine here is sold and licensed by Planet Algo; Whop only collects the card payment and neither sells, supplies nor licenses anything on this site.

Card details go into the processor's own frame. We never see a card number, we store none, and we could not put a charge through one if we wanted to. Paying also places that transaction under the processor's terms as well as ours.

Unless the frame states another currency, the figure on the page is US dollars. Tax on a digital purchase is a matter between you and your own revenue authority: we neither collect it from you nor remit it for you.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract where you live.

Whether your broker permits automated execution, and whether the law you live under permits it, are questions only you can answer. Both are restricted in places, and neither is something we can check on your behalf.

The ZIP stays with you. Selling it on, lending it out, handing it to a friend or putting it anywhere the public can reach are all out of bounds.

Taking the build apart is out of bounds too: no decompiling, no disassembly, no reading it back into source, and nothing that defeats or edits a licence check. Ownership notices stay exactly where they are.

You may not point it at money that is not yours. No running a client's account with it, no broadcasting its orders to subscribers, no signal business built on top of it.

It may not be run in breach of the law that applies to you or of the rules your broker sets, and it may not be advertised with numbers or promises that did not come from us.

Planet Algo, or the parties who license to us, owns the engines, the Planet Algo name, and every word and drawing on this site. A purchase buys the permission set out in the Usage Rights and moves nothing else across.

MetaTrader belongs to its publisher; your trading account belongs to your broker. Their downtime, their pricing, their fills, their software updates and their decisions about your account are theirs alone and are governed by their own agreements. Nothing written here reaches any of it.

Everything on this site and everything inside the ZIP is supplied as it stands, with no warranty of any kind, stated or implied. We warrant no fitness for a purpose, no merchantability, no unbroken running, no freedom from defects — and, above all, no profit and no resemblance to any figure ever published anywhere. The Risk Notice and About Our Figures set out the reasoning at length.

So far as the law allows it, Planet Algo answers for no trading loss, no profit you did not make, and no indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss of any description, however it comes out of the engine or out of this site.

Where we do answer for something in spite of that, the total we can owe you over any one product, on any legal footing whatever, stops at the sum you paid us for that product.

Should somebody else bring a claim against Planet Algo over the way you traded, the way you used the engine or the way you broke this contract, the cost of that claim is yours to carry.

Binding consumer protection in the country you live in outranks anything written on this page. Where a clause above looks as though it removes such a right, the clause gives way and is read as narrowly as that law requires.

These terms are revised now and then, and the review date above the title identifies the version in force. Using the site after a revision accepts it; a purchase already made keeps the terms that stood on the day it was made.

Planet Algo is a trading name rather than a registered company. Behind it is one independent operator who has passed identity verification with our card processor, and the full legal and contact particulars go to anyone who writes to [email protected] and asks for them.

Planet Algo builds algo trading bots for MetaTrader 5 and licenses them to people who run them on their own brokerage accounts. That is the whole of the business. We are not a broker, a dealer, a custodian, an exchange, a fund or an adviser, and we hold no permission to advise anybody on investments; no page here recommends a trade or was written with your circumstances in view.

No money of yours passes through us apart from the licence fee. The engine works through credentials only you hold, on an account only you can see, so every order it sends is your order on your account and every consequence of it is yours.
