Before you buy

What the product is, what you need to run it, and which engine to start with.

1.1What exactly am I buying?

A software licence. You receive a compiled engine (.ex5) for MetaTrader 5 and a flight manual for the orbit you chose. You run it on an account you hold at a broker of your choosing. There is no managed account, no signal feed and nobody trading on your behalf.

1.2What do I need besides the engine?

Four things, as a checklist. A brokerage whose house rules permit automated execution. An account with them on MetaTrader 5, opened in demo to begin with. Somewhere for the terminal to live that never powers down — a spare Windows box, or a rented VPS — because a closed terminal is an engine that cannot see the position it opened. And an hour set aside for the flight manual before the first chart.

1.3Which engine should I start with?

If you want one thing to watch, Europa: a single market, one session, flat by the close. If you want breadth, Saturn: a basket of markets held for days, with exposure managed as one portfolio. Whichever it is, fly one engine until you can predict its quiet days; a second one on the same balance stacks two drawdowns at once.

Paying and docking

How checkout works, when the files arrive and what to do if they do not.

2.1How does checkout work?

Checkout opens inside this site. Whop collects the card payment on our behalf, so your card number never reaches our servers. The term is shown before you pay, and nothing recurs.

2.2When do I get the files?

The moment the payment is confirmed you land on your dock page, where the ZIP is released. It holds the compiled engine and its PDF flight manual. Your Orbit Key and order token are shown there and repeated in the docking email.

2.3I paid, but the dock page is still waiting

Card networks usually settle in seconds, and the dock page keeps asking on its own while the tab stays open. Past a couple of minutes, quote the order token printed on that page in an email to the address below and the Mission Desk releases the file by hand.

2.4Where is my Orbit Key, and what is it for?

Two places: your dock, and the docking email that follows it. Its only job is to identify your licence in a message to us — nothing goes into the engine at setup. File it next to the order token.

Installing and flying

Getting the engine into MetaTrader 5 and onto a chart.

3.1How do I install the .ex5?

In MetaTrader choose File, then Open Data Folder, and place the file in MQL5\Experts. Back in the Navigator, right-click Expert Advisors and choose Refresh; the engine appears in the list. Drag it onto the chart and timeframe the flight manual names, then copy in the inputs from the configuration profile.

3.2It attached, but it never trades

Check that Allow Algo Trading is on, that the market is open, and that you are inside the session window your orbit sets. A spread above the ceiling also keeps it flat, on purpose. If none of that explains it, send us the build number, the broker and the chart it is on.

3.3Can I change the inputs?

Yes, within what your orbit switches on. The flight manual lists every input your orbit licenses and the profile we suggest. Inputs for layers your orbit does not include are not active in your build.

Licence, term and money back

How long it runs, moving up an orbit, and when money comes back.

4.1How long does the licence run?

12 months from the day the payment clears. One payment, nothing recurring, and it does not extend itself. Near the end we write to you with a plain offer of a further term.

4.2Can I move to a higher orbit later?

Yes. Write with your order token and pay only the difference between your current orbit and the one you want. The new build and manual come back the same way as the first.

4.3What is your money-back position?

Because the ZIP unlocks the instant the charge settles, an order is complete at that moment and cannot normally be unwound. The money-back document lists the exceptions we honour as a matter of course, such as a card charged twice, a charge with nothing ever unlocked, or an engine that will not run for either of us, and explains why an email settles them faster than a card dispute.

4.4Can I run it on more than one account?

The usage-rights page sets out what one licence covers. If your setup is unusual, describe it before buying and we will tell you plainly whether one licence is enough.

Telemetry and figures

Why the board is empty, what will appear on it, and what never will.

5.1Why are there no figures on the site?

Because no public account page exists yet. The day one is published on Myfxbook, it will be linked from the telemetry board with its figures copied and dated. Until then the board says awaiting signal, and that is all it says.

5.2Will you ever show backtests?

The telemetry board will only ever show what a public account page shows: trades that were actually placed, on an account we run, read by the publisher's connector. A strategy-tester report is a curve fitted to prices the author already knew, which is why it is not admitted to the board, not attached to a reply, and not shared in private either.

5.3Will my results match yours?

Plan on the opposite. Two accounts running the same engine still trade at different brokers, with different costs, sizes, leverage and start dates, through markets that never repeat, and the account we would publish is ours, not a customer's. Your account can lose money whatever ours has done.
